Our Shrink Films address the requirement for innovative packaging that supports the fundamentals that product presentation, shelf force, and consumer response are all increased by shrink labels and sleeves. This is perfect and decisive for introducing newly designed or updated products.
Our Standard Grade PVC Shrink Films are featured with excellent dimensional stability, efficient machine ability, high quality printability, superior ink and adhesive compatibility, uniform and consistent shrinkage supporting 360-degree graphics, besides reverse printing enables high gloss. It is designed for full body sleeve labels, promotion packs, multi packs and tamper evident closures.
Our High Shrink PVC Shrink Film is engineered to deliver exceptional performance for sleeve label applications. It ensures excellent results for marking bottles, containers, and jars in shrink tunnels due to its remarkable 62% shrinkage in the Traverse Direction (TD) and controlled shrinkage of less than 5% in the Machine Direction (MD).
Our customers benefit from our Optimum-grade PVC Shrink Film by switching from conventional blown shrink film to cast shrink films. This switch helps achieve high gloss, improved transparency, reduced thickness variation, and no gauge variation, all of which contribute to flawless ink registration.
Our special grade PVC Film of 60/63/65 Micron thickness laminated with aluminium foil and other substrates and are used for Cold Forming Blister Pack (Alu Alu Packaging) for pharmaceutical tabs and capsules. Our PVC Film is registered with the US FDA under the Drug Master File (DMF). Renowned for its exceptional protective qualities, this product is meticulously designed to provide a high level of protection for sensitive materials.
Our 15 Micron PVC Film laminated with aluminium foil is used for Child Resistant Blister packaging. It has a unique composition consisting of a partially amorphous phase and a partially crystalline phase. The amorphous phase provides flexibility and high impact strength, while the crystalline phase contributes to a high softening temperature and rigidity. These properties make our film well-suited to meet the stringent regulatory requirements of the pharmaceutical industry.
We successfully developed non-toxic PVC Twist Films in the year 1990. The product meets the strictest specifications of end-users and are well convincingly accepted by confectionery industry as a viable economic replacement to expensive packaging medium. Our film works with all types / make of old or new twist wrap machines, run well even on high speed at 2300 pcs. per minute and are available in various colours.
